Delete your account and data

Pokéllectr is the Pokémon card scanner published by KrisCreatives (ALFIELUCAS LTD). You only have an account if you chose to sign in with Google to back up your binder. You can delete it, and everything stored with it, at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Pokéllectr.
2. On the Collection screen, tap the person icon in the header.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account and every backup we hold are deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't open the app, email hello@kriscreates.co.uk from the address you signed in with, asking us to delete your Pokéllectr account. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account: the name, email address and profile picture Google gave us when you signed in.
• Every backup of your binder held on our server, and all sign-in sessions.
• Any photos you uploaded for a marketplace listing.

Nothing is kept afterwards, and no backups of it are retained.

What isn't affected

• The collection stored on your own phone. That never leaves the device unless you back it up, and you remove it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
• Purchase records held by Google Play, which are Google's, not ours.
• Listings you have already created on eBay or another marketplace — those belong to your account there.
